📋 Description

• Own full-lifecycle university hiring for internships and entry-level cohorts.
• Build partnerships with universities, career centers, student orgs, and faculty.
• Pivot to corporate recruiting initiatives during off-peak cycles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders to guide early-career and experienced hiring.
• Source diverse talent pools using modern techniques.
• Audit and improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience in the ATS.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in full-lifecycle recruiting.
• Core Recruiting Mastery: campus recruiting, university relations, talent sourcing, or technical
• Event & Project Management: track record of campus events and HR projects.
• Communication & Tech Skills: strong presentation/public speaking; proficient with ATS, Google
• Agility & Mobility: ability to manage priorities; travel up to 20% for campus visits and events.
