Design, develop, optimize, scale upstream bioprocesses (mammalian cell culture, bioreactors)
Plan studies to improve cell growth, productivity, quality, robustness
Analyze data; identify critical process parameters for scale-up
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Analytical Sciences, Quality, Process Engineering
Author/review protocols, reports, regulatory docs, SOPs
Troubleshoot deviations, implement corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's in relevant scientific discipline
Cell culture and bioreactor experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Work independently and as part of a team
Familiar with GMP/GLP standards preferred
US work authorization required
