Urban Designer

📋 Description

• Lead urban design projects across the full lifespan with the team.
• Lead and coordinate client conversations to convey project aspects.
• Manage projects to deliver on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with Urban Design and Master Planning teams on local and regional projects.
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings or sketches for concepts.
• Assist in planning, urban design, and regional reports and proposals.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor degree of Architecture
• Master's degree in Urban Design or Urban Planning
• Spanish native speaker; fluent in English
• 10+ years of experience in urban design and master planning
• Experience managing large architectural and urban design projects
• Experience leading teams to deliver on time within budget
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp; GIS beneficial
