📋 Description

• Develop and execute a robust specialty sales strategy for Urology and Gynecology to exceed
• Expand the URO and GYN user base by cultivating a training pipeline of new urology and gynecology
• Collaborate with overlapping CSMs to develop coordinated market strategies and account plans
• Exhibit proficiency in multiple technology platforms to effectively support dV adoption of
• Promote advanced instruments and accessories relevant to urologic and gynecologic procedures to
• Align with hospitals and URO/GYN surgeons to support the full spectrum of the da Vinci surgery

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in da Vinci® Surgery Sales or 5+ years of clinical sales team management
• In-depth knowledge of Operating Room Environment required
• Knowledge of the capital equipment sales process
• Previous record of managing and directing a sales team in the medical device industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
