🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing compliance for US card programs and embedded payment/finance products in a
• Direct experience managing a regulated financial services company in the US
• Ability to counsel and advise business and product teams on how regulations impact products and
• Direct experience with financial services regulation and regulators
• Experience in drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
