Develop and manage relationships with House and Senate lawmakers and staff
Support the Global Affairs team in meetings, briefings, hearings, and other engagements
Collaborate with civil society and industry partners
Track emerging congressional policy issues
Coordinate cross-functional engagement with legal, policy, and communications teams

🎯 Requirements

8+ years demonstrated experience and credibility working with the U.S. federal government
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the U.S. government, its institutions and legislative
Experience working with Congress, with strong preference for House or Senate Judiciary Committees
Strong bipartisan relationships and sound political judgment
Track record of effectively working with cross-functional teams (communications, policy, legal)
Sound judgment and outstanding personal integrity
