US Government Subcontracts Manager

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate subcontracts, teaming agreements, data sharing, and licenses.
• Support pre- and post-award subcontract negotiations; drive RFPs; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, security, and tech teams to align terms with risk.
• Contribute to subcontracting process improvements and playbooks.
• Negotiate access terms for U.S. Government‑furnished CUI and partner portals.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in government contracts/subcontracts.
• Eligibility to access ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and CUI materials.
• Extensive FAR and DFARS experience.
• Experience negotiating teaming agreements and prime contracts; contract administration.
• Experience with U.S. Government contractors or tech firms serving government preferred.
