Source candidates via LinkedIn, portals, referrals, Boolean search, AI sourcing.
Conduct candidate screening and assess technical, behavioral, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and drive the process.
Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring updates.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in US IT recruitment with a track record of hiring engineers.
Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, AI sourcing, and video screening.
Experience with ATS platforms; Darwinbox a plus.
Excellent comms, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in cross-region hiring (India/EU) a plus.
