US Loan Officer Assistant

📋 Description

• Support mortgage team by managing loan files from application to closing
• Follow up on required documentation and provide client updates
• Coordinate with real estate partners, title companies, and third parties
• Maintain LOS with borrower and loan information
• Assist with administrative tasks and basic social media marketing
• Ensure files stay on schedule and compliant

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as Loan Officer/Mortgage Assistant or similar admin role preferred
• Knowledge of mortgage process and terminology
• Experience with LOS such as Encompass, Arive, Calyx Point, LendingPad or similar
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
