US Market Access & Reimbursement Director

📋 Description

• Define and own US reimbursement strategy for Future Forward growth platforms
• Lead development of NTAP, TPT, and NT-APC applications
• Build pre-launch commercial payer landscape assessments
• Design and execute early payer engagement activities
• Contribute to provider economics analyses across hospital and physician settings
• Define evidence needed to support coding, coverage, and payment decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 15 years related experience with bachelor's degree; or 12 years with master's; or PhD with
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• AAPC Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent strongly preferred
• Track record of developing US reimbursement strategy for novel technologies
• Experience with CMS innovative payment pathways (NTAP, TPT, NT-APC)
• Experience working with Clinical Affairs and Regulatory Affairs on device programs
