US Payroll Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Process US payroll across 15+ jurisdictions.
• Ensure data integrity and time-tracking accuracy.
• Tier 1 payroll support via Freshservice; meet SLAs.
• Load batches and first review payroll registers.
• Maintain ADP Workforce Now; update for laws and taxes.
• Manage garnishments per US federal/state requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years US payroll experience; understanding US tax cycles.
• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now or Kronos/UKG.
• Intermediate Excel: VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Ticketing experience: Freshservice, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar.
• Available to work 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHST to align with US time zones.
• Strong written and spoken English; explain pay issues clearly.
