US Payroll Specialist II

📋 Description

• Process US payroll across 15+ jurisdictions; ensure data integrity and time-tracking accuracy.
• Tier 1 payroll support via Freshservice; triage and resolve tickets.
• Review timecards; load batches; first payroll review to catch variances.
• Maintain ADP Workforce Now; update for labor laws and tax jurisdictions.
• Garnishment administration; set up and manage garnishments per federal/state rules.
• Employee experience: first point of contact for payroll inquiries; respond professionally.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years US payroll experience; knowledge of US tax cycles.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or Kronos/UKG payroll systems.
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Ticketing experience: Freshservice, Zendesk, ServiceNow or similar.
• Willing to work 10:00 PM–7:00 AM PHST for US time zones.
• Strong English communication; explain pay issues clearly.
