• 6+ years in HR with strong US employment law experience (CA/NY/TX).
• Experience driving efficiency via AI/ automation; Workday expertise.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration across functions.
• Hands-on leadership; mentor teams and drive initiatives.
• Proven leadership at scale; 2+ years directing direct reports.
• Ability to simplify complex legal/operational requirements into actionable guidance.
