📋 Description

• End-to-end recruitment for client accounts.
• Own delivery across recruitment stages from qualification to onboarding.
• Manage candidates through selection, offers, and onboarding.
• Level based on experience and performance vs targets.
• Collaborate with OpCo to define role needs and benefits.
• Proactively pipeline talent and build pre-qualified pools.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree preferred or relevant work experience.
• End-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or Corporate HR (global preferred).
• Behavioral-based interviews across multiple roles.
• Manage multiple searches and stakeholders across lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
