📋 Description

• Participate in requirements qualifications with OpCo leads to align on role needs.
• Support fulfillment with market insights and candidate feedback.
• Maintain partnership with OpCo to understand ideal candidate profiles and priorities.
• Own assigned requirements; adjust sourcing strategy to meet talent needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to hit deadlines.
• Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified pools with OpCo.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree preferred or relevant work experience.
• End-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or Corporate HR, ideally global.
• Experience conducting behavioral based interviews for various roles.
• Able to manage multiple searches and stakeholders across lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
