📋 Description

• Participates in requirements with OpCo to understand role needs and benefits.
• Provides market insights and candidate feedback to support requirements.
• Maintains OpCo partnership to define ideal candidate profile and priorities.
• Owns assigned requirements; adjusts sourcing strategy to meet needs.
• Monitors progress and adjusts plans to hit deadlines.
• Proactively pipelines talent and builds pre-qualified pools.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree preferred or relevant work experience.
• End-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR, preferably global.
• Behavioral-based interviews across various roles.
• Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders across lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, multi-tasking to deadlines.
