• Collaborate with OpCo to understand role requirements and benefits.
• Support fulfillment with market insights and candidate feedback.
• Align with OpCo on ideal candidate profile and priorities.
• Own assigned requirements; adjust sourcing strategy as needed.
• Track progress to meet timelines and targets.
• Proactively pipeline talent and pre-qualify pools per OpCo.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or relevant experience preferred.
• End-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR, global org.
• Behavioral-based interviews across roles.
• Manage multiple searches and stakeholders across the lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
