US Regional Manager, Data Center Capacity Delivery

📋 Description

• Lead delivery across a regional portfolio of active and upcoming data center projects.
• Build and lead the Senior Delivery Managers and third-party partners on sites.
• Serve as executive interface to developer partners in the region and intake for projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years delivering data center or mission-critical construction.
• Experience leading multi-project portfolios and building teams.
• Ability to direct owner’s-rep, GC, and contractor relationships at executive level.
• On-site leadership with autonomy to enforce delivery standards.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across transaction, design, facility ops, and safety teams.
• Knowledge of end-to-end development process (entitlements, design, long-lead equipment
