📋 Description

• Set and manage prices on games and futures using in-house tools
• Monitor real-time news, stats, and industry pricing to guide decisions
• Trade live games in real time; adjust pricing based on flow
• Collaborate with Traders and Risk & Trading teams in a cooperative environment
• Help brainstorm new products to improve the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for NBA, MLB, NCAAF, NCAAB or WNBA; multi-league a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; recent grads welcome
• Strong numeracy: odds, probability, quick mental math
• Understand how odds relate to probability and betting markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication; curious and proactive
• Excel proficiency; SQL/Python/R bonus; US work eligibility and DGE license
