User Acceptance Testing Analyst

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, and product owners to understand user
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for Sardine's product, including our
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers to ensure they are resolved
• Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sardine to effectively predict, test, and prevent
• Stay updated on product enhancements, new features, and industry best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a user acceptance or functional testing role at banks/fintechs
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS products and/or working with banking infrastructure
• Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency with SQL (joins, queries across multiple tables)
• Understanding of REST API and use of tools like Postman
• Ability to write Eval for AI Products
