User Acquisition Director

📋 Description

• Define and execute long-term user acquisition strategy across products, markets and paid channels.
• Lead performance marketing teams across mobile, paid social, paid search, and programmatic.
• Own acquisition metrics; make investment decisions based on CPA, LTV, ROAS, incrementality, and
• Build and implement experimentation frameworks for creatives, bidding, structures, attribution, and
• Drive automation across campaign management, reporting, analysis, and workflows.
• Identify and solve complex growth challenges related to attribution, scalability, and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, or similar growth roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-channel programs across Mobile, Paid Search, Paid
• Experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams and senior specialists.
• Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality testing, experimentation, bidding systems
• Commercial mindset with experience managing significant budgets and optimizing investments.
• Advanced analytical skills to translate data into actionable decisions.
