📋 Description

• Define and execute long-term user acquisition strategy across products, markets, and paid channels.
• Lead and develop performance marketing teams across mobile, paid social, paid search, and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, or similar growth roles.

• Experience building and mentoring high-performing marketing teams and senior specialists.
• Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality testing, experimentation, bidding systems
• Commercial mindset with experience managing substantial acquisition budgets.
• Advanced analytical skills to translate data into business decisions.
