User Acquisition Manager (B2C) 1 year FTC

📋 Description

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Apple, Meta, globally.
• Own market-level reporting on ROAS, payback, and LTV/CAC.
• This role is a 1-year fixed-term contract.
• Manage MMP setup (Appsflyer) and attribution with SKAdNetwork.
• Design incrementality tests with geo holdouts and Data Science.
• Manage budgets with guardrails and reallocate across markets.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition, with proven success scaling paid programs across global markets
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Apple Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms (eg. TikTok, Snapchat)
• SaaS or app-based experience is a plus but not required
• Strong analytical skills, including experience working with attribution models, MMP platforms (Appsflyer preferred), and incrementality measurement
• Experience operating within a capital allocation framework — understanding market-level unit economics, not just campaign-level KPIs
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into decisions for cross-functional stakeholders
