User Experience Researcher II

📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end user research across the product lifecycle.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, usability studies, surveys).
• Partner with Product, Design, ML Research, and Hardware to align research goals.
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights for product and member experience.
• Lead sequential studies with high-quality execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Explore AI-enabled workflows to expand methods while keeping rigor.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in UX Research, HCI, Psychology, etc.
• 2+ years of user research in product/tech/healthcare.
• Experience with mixed methods research (design, moderation, analysis, synthesis).
• Strong communication and organizational skills to translate findings.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using data to inform decisions and identify opportunities.
