🎯 Requirements

3+ years UX design experience
Screen reader testing across browsers (JAWS, NVDA, Narrator)
Wireframing experience required
508 compliance and WCAG 2.1 knowledge
Mobile-first and responsive design experience
Strong communication; present to stakeholders
