User Operations Expert

📋 Description

• Own Lifecycle OKRs: Deliver against eFTD/eFTT conversion, retention, resurrection rate, and user
• Segmentation & Journey Design: Build a segmentation framework based on user attributes
• Personalization at Scale (1:1): Build a granular segmentation and tagging system based on user
• Stage-Specific Interventions: Design and ship lifecycle programs for activation
• Product Mechanism Ownership: Lead the design and iteration of trading-driving product mechanisms —
• Data & Experimentation: Track D1/D7/D30 retention, FTD conversion, repeat rate, and Net LTV

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in growth or product operations, with quantifiable growth results
• Deep understanding of the user lifecycle and growth funnel, with the ability to design scalable
• Strong data-driven decision making, with a track record of shipping into production
• Fluent English; able to drive execution in a global team environment
• Hands-on data analysis and A/B testing experience; clear reasoning and strong execution
• Trading platform, financial, or FinTech product operations / growth background preferred
