User Researcher

📋 Description

• Plan and conduct qualitative user research using interviews and usability testing.
• Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, user groups, and key research questions.
• Develop research plans, discussion guides, and materials tailored to project goals.
• Analyze findings to identify patterns, themes, risks, opportunities, and insights.
• Incorporate inputs from audits, accessibility reviews, workflows, content, surveys, and data into synthesis.
• Translate research into actionable recommendations for product strategy and design decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of UX research for digital products, platforms, or services.
• Strong qualitative research expertise with independent planning and execution.
• Ability to transform complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Excellent facilitation, especially remote, collaborative, cross-functional.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client-facing documents and presentations.
• Experience collaborating with UX, product, engineering, and technical stakeholders.
