📋 Description

• Handle and resolve high-priority cases across harm and risk areas.
• Operate across systems to manage user reports, internal escalations, investigations.
• Act as incident manager for escalations requiring policy/legal interpretation.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Conduct quality reviews to improve consistency across global teams.
• Analyze trends and surface insights from escalation data to inform policy or product changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 5+ years of experience in trust & safety, content moderation, investigations, fraud, or
• Experience in incident response, law enforcement response, or escalations management.
• Leverage OpenAI technology to enhance workflows and scale outcomes.
• Deep domain expertise and familiarity with relevant legal, policy, and technical frameworks.
• Track record of scaling operations, building processes, cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional analytical skills to detect patterns and assess risk.
