USG Capture Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Maintain and update the Astranis Business Development pipeline and Customer Relationship Management
• Monitor federal procurement portals (e.g., SAM.gov, NASA Spires) for new solicitations, RFIs
• Draft, edit, and produce customer responses and marketing materials for US Government audiences.
• Support the Proposal Manager and Capture Manager during the proposal lifecycle, including
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and manage logistics for industry

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. in business administration, operations, or engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in business development support, technical sales, operations, or
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, especially in data entry, document formatting, and compliance checking.
