📋 Description

• Design, implement, and continuously optimize integrated operating models across Medical Governance
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable implementation plans with clearly defined scope
• Assess existing operational processes, identify root causes of inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and
• Establish standardized operating practices for intake, prioritization, handoffs, service
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the medical governance framework, including
• Strengthen organizational effectiveness across Medical Operations through operating model

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Technology, Life Sciences, or a related
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology
• Demonstrated success leading strategic initiatives, enterprise transformation, organizational
• Proven experience designing and implementing cross-functional operating models and large-scale
• Broad knowledge of Medical Affairs operations, including governance, contracting, vendor
• Strong expertise in diagnosing organizational and operational challenges and translating findings
