Utility Billing Specialist

📋 Description

• Own full lifecycle of utility and meter-reading operations across communities
• Identify and troubleshoot problematic meters and metering equipment
• Review and approve monthly utility billing
• Detect leaks and partner with field teams to fix them
• Audit utility invoices to confirm rates are accurate
• Support budgeting and monthly reporting with Billing Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; business/admin/ops background a plus
• 1+ years in multi-family utility billing (manufactured home a bonus)
• Detail-oriented, organized, problem-solver
• Strong written and verbal communication; explain billing issues clearly
• Proficient in MS Office; quick to learn software
• Able to work in an office setting with standard equipment
