Utilization Management RN

📋 Description

• Position is fully remote; CA residents preferred.
• Direct oversight of day-to-day UM team operations.
• Review prior-authorization requests for medical necessity.
• Develop orientation and competency for staff processing authorizations.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to resolve UM issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong preference for prior PACE experience.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience mentoring and developing staff.
