🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on and/or managerial UX experience with IA and SaaS design.
  • Proven IA ownership across complex multi-surface products.
  • Ability to set standards and influence across teams without direct authority.
  • Experience establishing design processes and reusable patterns at scale.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on AI or platform initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration.
