UX Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end UX for web, mobile, and OTT from discovery to launch.
• Set a bold design vision that elevates quality across platforms.
• Identify usability gaps and opportunities with evidence-based proposals.
• Translate strategy and research into flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Evolve interaction patterns and design system for consistency.
• Lead discovery activities (workshops, journey maps) to align teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years designing native mobile apps, responsive web, or OTT with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong expertise in Figma and design tooling; components, systems, prototyping.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, IA, usability; track record shipping features.
• Experience creating/maintaining components, pattern libraries, guidelines in scalable design system.
• Ability to propose solutions, push back, influence product direction with data and insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
