• Owns digital customer- and partner experience from initial inquiry to service and support.
• Shapes strategy and direction for complex design challenges; translates into concrete designs.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX Design and leading UX projects.
• Strong skills in user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and service concepts.
• Experience designing digital ecosystems; think about removing screens and considering the broader
• Experience presenting and substantiating design decisions to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of and contributions to a Design System; collaboration in a design community; a strong
• Background in eCommerce is a plus.
