• Own the digital customer and partner experience for ePartners
• Design the full digital journey from discovery to service
• Act as a systems thinker across channels, processes and platforms
• Present and defend design choices to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in UX Design and leading UX projects
• Strong in user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and service concepts
• Experience designing digital ecosystems and thinking across screens
• Experience presenting and substantiating design choices to stakeholders
• Knowledge of and contribution to Design System
• Experience collaborating in a design community and sharing knowledge
