UX Designer (Mid and Senior Level Opportunities)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design across iOS, Android, and responsive web, from problem framing through ship
• Run renter and host research (interviews, usability tests, session and funnel reviews) and turn it
• Study how competitors and adjacent marketplaces solve similar problems, and design to differentiate
• Co-define success metrics with PM and Eng, design experiments, and iterate on what the data shows
• Align early with wireframes and prototypes (including AI and code-assisted) so ideas get in front
• Design trust and clarity into every surface: pricing, photos, reviews, access details, and host and

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of product design (UX/UI), with shipped work on native iOS, Android, and responsive web
• A portfolio showing consumer flows you owned end to end and the results they drove
• Excellent visual and interaction craft suited to a consumer marketplace
• You plan and run your own interviews and usability tests
• You read funnels and A/B results and use them to make design decisions
• Expert in Figma, and you use AI tools regularly for research, exploration, and prototyping
