🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/product/experience design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX across web, mobile, services, or complex digital products.
• Strong research skills and ability to translate insights into journeys and design decisions.
• Excellent information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and usability practices.
• Experience with design systems, AI-assisted design approaches, and collaboration across teams.
