• Strong design judgment to refine rough prototypes.
• Storybook fluency and contributing to component libraries.
• Design-to-code fidelity; spot deltas between Figma and browser.
• Cross-platform thinking: web and native components.
• Accessibility knowledge: WCAG 2.1 AA on web/native.
