📋 Description

• Design intuitive solutions for enterprise tools used by Roku's partners
• Gather requirements and create user-centered flows with cross-functional input
• Partner with PMs and stakeholders to define problems, goals, and outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering across the full product lifecycle
• Use user journeys and research insights to guide design approaches
• Own designs end-to-end and articulate design rationale to teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in UX or product design; ability to work independently
• Enterprise/B2B design experience
• Web standards and responsive design knowledge
• Portfolio with user-centered designs and measurable outcomes
• Thrives in ambiguity and rapidly iterates
• Proficiency in UX tools like Figma
• Strong communication and presentation skills
