UX Research, Design & Engineering Lead (Remote)

📋 Description

• Conduct user research to understand needs, challenges, and workflows
• Design intuitive experiences that help users achieve outcomes with confidence
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design patterns
• Build production-ready front-end experiences using modern web technologies such as React and
• Partner across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver user-centered
• Use research, feedback, and data to continuously improve the experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering user experiences for complex software products
• Strong capability across user research and product design, including interviews, contextual
• Understanding of complex technical workflows and translate them into intuitive experiences without
