UX Researcher

📋 Description

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research with customers and users
• Partner with design and product to identify research priorities for the roadmap
• Run usability testing on new and existing platform features
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights for product and design teams
• Build and maintain a repository of research findings and personas
• Help define and evolve research methods as the function matures
• Advocate for the user's perspective in product and design discussions
• Track the impact of research on product decisions over time

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a UX researcher on technical or infrastructure products
• Strong grounding in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Comfortable researching complex, technical workflows and translating insights
• Experience partnering with product managers and designers to shape roadmap decisions
• Excellent synthesis and communication skills, able to make findings actionable
• Self-directed, establishing research practice in a fast-moving environment
