UX Researcher

📋 Description

• Plan, design, and conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research across multiple product areas.
• Lead usability testing to evaluate experiences and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze findings and translate insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Develop and maintain personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts.
• Partner with Product Managers and UX Designers to define objectives and align studies with goals; travel up to 10%.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries, and other research activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or related field, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of UX research experience for software, SaaS, or digital products.
• Experience planning and executing usability studies and other methods.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize findings into insights.
• Experience developing personas, journey maps, and research reports.
• Experience interviewing users, conducting surveys, and usability testing.
