📋 Description

• Identifies and formalizes user problems and business issues requiring a research approach.
• Challenges team requirements to define the right research questions.
• Constructs research plans and defines the most relevant methodologies based on objectives
• Defines protocols, samples, recruitment criteria, and data collection methods.
• Contributes to the structure and enrichment of the global UX strategy.
• Designs and leads end-to-end qualitative and quantitative studies.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in UX methodology, user research, and UX project management.
• Experience evaluating prototypes from concept to detailed digital design.
• Strong digital culture and strong interest in problem solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Perfect command of English.
