UX Researcher (Senior/Staff-level)

📋 Description

• Running strategic and tactical qualitative research across our product portfolio
• Holding a macro view of where research creates leverage across product areas
• Building a participant panel and ReOps practices to reduce recruiting bottlenecks
• Influencing PMs, designers, and leadership with thought leadership and change management
• Partnering with Product Data to fuse qualitative and quantitative insights
• Presenting findings to executives and shaping decisions at the top of the company

🎯 Requirements

• Significant UX/product researcher experience, ideally solo researcher on a team
• B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus
• Strong qualitative toolkit across strategic and evaluative research; survey-capable
• Experience with research operations, especially participant recruiting and panel building
• Comfort influencing senior stakeholders and shaping the direction of a team
• Understanding of usability challenges in AI-native products
