UX/UI Conversion Specialist

📋 Description

• Own the strategy and execution of Kapitus' conversion rate optimization (CRO) program across all
• Develop and maintain a structured testing roadmap, prioritizing experiments based on traffic
• Analyze conversion funnel performance to identify friction points, drop-off patterns, and
• Leverage data, heatmaps, session recordings, and user behavior analysis to inform design and UX
• Partner with the Lead Generation team to ensure conversion pathways are aligned with campaign
• Establish and report on core CRO KPIs, including conversion rate by page, form completion rate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, conversion rate optimization, or digital marketing with a
• Demonstrated track record of improving conversion rates through data-informed design and structured
• Proficiency in WordPress, including page building, plugin integration, and troubleshooting within a
• Strong UX/UI design skills with experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity
• Experience integrating and configuring WordPress plugins and third-party tools to extend landing
