UX/UI Designer (12 month contract)

📋 Description

• Restructure single-brand design system into a scalable multi-brand architecture.
• Separate shared foundations from brand-specific assets and build a new brand library.
• Refactor components and support the prototype of a new e-commerce experience.
• Create governance, documentation, and token/variable systems for scale.
• Collaborate with UX, Design, Development, and brand stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio showing scalable design systems with tokens, variables, and components.
• Deep Figma expertise: components, variants, auto-layout, tokens, and structured files.
• Experience refactoring existing systems and migrating assets between shared and brand-specific.
• Strong typography, hierarchy, spacing, layout, and polish.
• Understanding of e-commerce blocks: product pages, pricing, CTAs, offers.
• Front-end awareness: HTML/CSS; ability to collaborate with React developers.
