🎯 Requirements

• Strong UX/UI design with end-to-end product delivery.
• Excellent visual design for high-quality interfaces.
• 5–8 years design experience; proven project delivery.
• Proficient in motion design: After Effects, Rive.
• 3D skills a plus: Blender or C4D; AI-assisted work.
• Experience in fintech, Web3, or crypto is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration; English preferred.
