📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years UI/UX production design experience (Production level) or 5-8+ years for Senior.
• Strong Figma proficiency with organized, component-based files.
• Portfolio showing production-quality work across web, email, and paid media.
• Comfort working within brand systems and constraints.
• Experience with conversion-focused design (landing pages, user flows, variations).
• Data-driven design mindset; use analytics to guide decisions.
