Participate in project delivery; define scope and deliverables with stakeholders
Collaborate with product owner to create user stories, personas, journeys, and flows
Craft wireframes, interaction models, information architecture, and guidelines
Conduct usability tests and design evaluations
Support UX/UI design workstream and usability evaluation

🎯 Requirements

Native Thai speaker; able to communicate in Thai and English
5+ years designing and shipping features in product/fintech/insurtech
Experience in user research and usability testing
Strong UI design understanding
Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite expertise
Agile delivery experience
